Lemon Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
grated rind of 1 lemon
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 c. oleo, melted
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well.
Combine dry ingredients; stir gently.
Add dry mix to egg; mix until smooth. Stir in butter or oleo.
Pour into shell.
Sprinkle nutmeg lightly over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes until set.
Cool on wire rack.
