Green Bean And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 can Shoepeg corn, drained
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 stick margarine
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    4 tsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in 1 stick margarine.
    Add corn, beans, soups, sour cream and cheese.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Melt 4 teaspoons margarine in medium skillet.
    Add crackers and stir until slightly brown.
    Sprinkle on casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown (30 to 40 minutes).
