Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. chopped chives
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
    1 can crab meat, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in moderate (350\u00b0 oven) for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
    Let stand for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
