Aunt Margie'S Macaroni Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. macaroni (raw)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs, separated
1 c. grated cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
Preparation

Cook macaroni with teaspoon salt.
Drain.
Set aside.
Mix teaspoon pepper with bread crumbs.
Set aside.
Blend egg yolks with milk.
Set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine macaroni with milk and egg mixture.
Add bread crumbs.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Beat egg whites to soft peaks and fold into macaroni mixture.
Pour into well buttered mold.
Cover with wax paper and anchor to seal.
Set mold in pan of water and steam in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
