Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    3 egg whites, well beaten
Preparation
    Whip egg whites.
    Set aside.
    Combine all other ingredients. Fold in egg whites.
    Cook on waffle iron.
    Makes 12 to 13 waffles.
