Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 well-beaten eggs
juice of 1/2 lemon or 3 Tbsp. ReaLemon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/4 tsp. soda
3 c. peeled and chopped fresh apples
1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, lemon juice and salt in mixing bowl.
Beat well.
Mix flour and soda.
Add to first mixture and beat well again.
Add apples and pecans.
Mix well. Bake in a tube pan which has been greased and dusted with flour. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
