Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    In a 13 x 9-inch pan, put first 2 ingredients at bottom of pan.
    Put cake mix on top.
    Melt butter or margarine and pour on top, then, if you want, add nuts.
    Bake 1 hour or until done.
