Apple-Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (11 oz.) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
6 c. toasted bread cubes
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. sliced, peeled apples
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
whipped cream
Preparation

Combine soup, milk, brown sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
Add butter, toast, almonds and raisins.
Spoon half of the soup mixture in the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with apples and remaining toast mixture.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0
for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 5 minutes more.
Serve with whipped cream.
