Chinese Beef Cubes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. fat
2 medium onions
1 c. green pepper strips
1 1/2 lb. chuck steak, cubed
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
hot noodles
Preparation

Heat fat in large skillet.
Add onions and pepper.
Saute over medium heat until tender.
Remove from fat and reserve. Coat meat with flour.
Brown slowly on all sides in remaining fat.
Add water, spices and reserved onions and peppers.
Cover tightly and simmer until tender.
Serve over hot noodles.
