Seafarer'S Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lasagna noodles
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. creamy cottage cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) bag frozen cooked shrimp
    1 lb. pkg. frozen fish fillets, cubed and thawed
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. fine seasoned bread crumbs
    1/3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    butter or margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
Preparation
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Arrange 3 noodles in the bottom of a greased oblong 2-quart baking dish. Press thawed spinach in strainer to remove all moisture.
