Schnitzel Mix For Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 large egg
2 tsp. milk

Preparation

First, beat egg and milk together and place in separate bowl. Then mix all other ingredients together in another bowl.
Then dip pork chops in egg mixture first and then in Schnitzel mixture second and then fry.
