Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 chopped onion
    green pepper
    carrots (optional)
    potatoes (optional)
    1 small can tomatoes
    water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut steak into medium sized pieces.
    Roll in flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown in hot grease.
    Arrange steak in pan or baking dish.
    Top with onion and green pepper.
    Pour tomatoes (with juice) and enough water to cover.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    You can add carrots and potatoes to make a complete meal.
