Zucchini Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    16 oz. can stewed tomatoes, drained
    2 zucchini, sliced
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sweet basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    9 lasagne noodles, cooked (or uncooked)
    1 c. cooked spinach
    cashew pimiento \"cheese\" sauce (uncooked)
Preparation
    Simmer onion and green pepper in a small amount of water until tender.
    Add next 6 ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Alternate layers of tomato sauce, noodles, spinach and \"cheese\" sauce in a large baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
