Butter Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 to 4 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Place flour in mixing bowl; add enough milk to thicken like biscuit dough.
    Roll out like a thin pie crust.
    Cover well with 1 cup sugar and margarine.
    Roll up like jelly roll.
    Slice and place flat in deep baking dish.
    Cover with 1 cup sugar, vanilla and milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
