Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1 c. rice (brown or white)
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Cook together until rice turns yellow, stirring often.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Pour 3 cups chicken broth over mixture and cover tightly.
    Bake for 1 hour in 325\u00b0 oven.
