Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 egg, slightly beaten
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped or small can green chilies
1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Mix and pour into 13 x 9-inch greased pan or baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
