Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
Cool Whip
1 can pie filling (of choice)
Preparation

Stir together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
(Cream cheese should be room temperature or microwaved to soften.)
Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cup cake cup.
Put approximately 1/4 cup of batter in each cup.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool.
Top with Cool Whip and pie filling of your choice. Refrigerate.
Makes about 30.
