Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic
2 tsp. lemon juice
17 oz. can minced clams, drained
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 c. clam broth
Preparation

Rub mixing bowl with garlic.
Gradually blend lemon juice into remaining ingredients.
Mix with electric blender until well blended.
