Catfish Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. catfish fillets
    1 c. finely crushed cheese crackers
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cut fillets into 1-inch cubes; set aside.
    Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, sesame seed, salt and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
    Dip fish cubes in butter; roll in cracker crumb mixture. Place fish cubes 1/2-inch apart on aluminum foil lined baking sheets.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until fish is golden brown.
    Serve immediately with your favorite dip for fish or with Sour Cream Bleu Cheese Dip.
    Yield:
    6 dozen appetizers.
