Microwave Pot Roast And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. water
    1 onion, sliced
    1/4 c. flour
    1 pkg. carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
    6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
Preparation
    Place roast in 4-quart casserole.
    Rub with salt and pepper. Sprinkle flour around roast in dish and add water.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High 10 to 15 minutes.
    Rotate dish 1/2 turn and microwave at Medium-low for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Add potatoes, carrots and onion.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at Medium-high for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
