Rice-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. uncooked regular rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 oz.) jar cheese spread
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in shortening until soft.
    Cook the rice and broccoli separately.
    Mix all ingredients together in a 2-quart greased baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
