Ingredients

8 oz. sour cream or plain yogurt
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1- 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Place 12 paper muffin cups in muffin tins.
Fill cups with cranberry mixture.
Freeze.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
