Pecan Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg white and sugar together until smooth and stands in peaks.
Add pecans; stir until mixed.
Drop by teaspoon in small amounts on cookie sheet.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
