Asparagus With Dill Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. fresh asparagus
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. dill
salt and pepper
Preparation

Wash asparagus and trim tough ends.
Steam for 4 to 5 minutes until barely tender.
Drain.
Mix sauce ingredients in a cup and pour over asparagus.
Stir and warm over low heat for 2 minutes. Makes 3 servings.
