Blanche'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. cooked chicken, deboned
3 c. chicken broth
4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed (save 1 c. crackers for top)
1 c. Velveeta cheese
3 well beaten eggs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix well and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until browned.
