Jello Surprise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lime gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. nondairy coffee creamer
1 small container cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice and water, combined
Preparation

Add boiling water to gelatin and stir well.
Add pineapple juice and water.
Cool to syrupy and add remaining ingredients. Put in flat dish or individual servings.
Chill.
May be cut in squares to serve.
