Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. crumbled round-type crackers
    1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Beat egg whites to which flavoring has been added.
    Slowly add sugar.
    Beat until stiff.
    Combine cracker crumbs and pecans. Fold into stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch pastry pan.
    Bake in a preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
