Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Prick potatoes before microwaving.
    Microwave on High 12 to 20 minutes per 3 to 4 potatoes.
    Slice the top from each potato. With a teaspoon, remove center of potatoes to mixing bowl, leaving shells intact.
    For each potato, add to mixing bowl 2 tablespoons butter, sour cream, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Mix with electric mixer until smooth.
    Divide potato mixture evenly among shells, mounding if necessary.
    Sprinkle with chives, if desired.
    Place potatoes on plate suitable for microwave oven. Microwave 1 minute per potato.
