Meatballs And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. parsley and salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
dash of pepper
Preparation

Mix and shape into 24 (1 1/2-inch) balls.
Brown slowly in 2 tablespoons oil, shaking often.
Add broth, mushrooms and onion. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Blend cream and flour.
Stir into broth.
Cook and stir until thick.
Serve over warm noodles.
