"Best Yet" Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions
    2 cans chili beans
    1 can tomato soup
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 big stalk celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 small cans mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 heaping Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions.
    Stir in remaining ingredients (\"smashing\" tomatoes!).
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Best served next day.
