Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. milk
    12 saltine crackers, crushed
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 large eggs, beaten
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Boil squash, about 8 minutes or until tender; drain well, then mash.
    Stir in margarine, milk and crackers plus cheese and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
    Transfer mixture to buttered 3-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
