Veggie Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. stew meat
    1 pkg. frozen veggies
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    tapioca (Minute type)
Preparation
    Mix everything in a large ovenproof casserole.
    Sprinkle tapioca on top.
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Stir before serving over rice or mashed potatoes.
