Tuna Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna
    1 c. thinly sliced onions
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes; drain.
    Blend flour into butter in double boiler.
    Stir in mustard, milk and seasonings.
    Cook until smooth and thick, stirring frequently. Layer potatoes, tuna and onions in greased 2-quart casserole, alternating all 3 ingredients.
    Pour sauce over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
