Soft Baked Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
nutmeg
Preparation
-
Scald milk.
Beat together eggs, sugar and salt.
Add hot milk slowly to mixture.
Place in baking dish.
Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place baking dish in pan of hot water and bake until a silver knife comes out clean.
