1/2 c. 2% milk
1/2 c. orange, apple or cranberry juice
1/2 banana
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. wheat germ (optional)
1 tsp. soy powder (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in blender.
Makes about a 12 ounce glassful.
