Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter (2 c.)
    2 lb. sugar (4 c.)
    2 eggs
    1 lb. flour (4 c.)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add flour and mix thoroughly.
    Put dough in refrigerator for a couple of hours (cover bowl with Reynolds Wrap).
    Roll dough thin.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Decorate with colored sugar or sprinkles.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
