Polynesian Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups diced turkey breast
    1 cup diced delicious red apple
    1 (15 1/4 oz) can of pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 cup Hellmans lite mayo
    1 teaspoons lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon curry powder
    1 (11oz) can of mandarin oranges, drained and rinsed
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Combine mayo, lemon juice, curry powder and then stir into turkey mixture. Add oranges and toss gently. Cover and chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
