Japanese Chicken And Pea Pods - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 lb. pea pods
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    4 scallions, chopped
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 boneless chicken breasts, cut in small pieces
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    water chestnuts (optional)
    8 oz. cooked meat (any kind), cut in small pieces
    8 oz. cooked noodles (any shape)
    8 oz. cooked vegetables (any kind; small pieces)
    1 can condensed soup (any kind)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients (can be leftovers) together in a casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 5, depending on appetite.
