Ham Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. very finely chopped cooked ham
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) Roquefort cheese, crumbled
    1/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of pepper
    36 cherry tomatoes
    sprigs of parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, saving parsley for later.
    Blend well.
    Refrigerate until ready to use.
    With sharp small knife, cut tops from tomatoes and scoop insides out.
    Spoon mixture into each, mounding slightly.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Party Day: Prepare in morning and refrigerate until ready to use.
