Chinese Hamburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can Chinese noodles (optional)
1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 soup can water
Preparation

Cook beef until crumbly.
Drain off grease.
Add onion, celery, soups, can of water, pepper, soy sauce and rice.
Stir. Put on lid and cook on low until rice is done, about 30 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles, if desired.
