Ginger-Sauced Melon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. watermelon balls
1 c. honeydew melon balls
1/2 c. Chardonnay or other white wine
1 tsp. whole cloves
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. fresh lime or lemon juice
1 Tbsp. finely chopped candied ginger
Preparation

Combine wine, sugar and cloves in a small non-reactive saucepan.
Heat to boiling, simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain; add juice and ginger.
Chill.
