Crustless Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    2 cup milk
    pinch salt
    1 cup coconut
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into blender (except nutmeg); blend on high speed one minutes. Pour into glass or ceramic pan. Lightly sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
