Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small tomatoes
    1 slice bread, crumbled (3/4 c. crumbs)
    1/2 tsp. herb or Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. finely cut green onion
    1 tsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Wash
    tomatoes
    and cut a thin slice off top.
    Scoop out pulp into a bowl.
    Mix pulp, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasonings and green onion.
    Place tomato shells in an 8-inch
    square
    pan
    or
    a pie pan. Divide pulp mixture evenly between the tomatoes, placing in hollow carefully.\tMix melted margarine
    with
    remaining\t1/4
    cup
    bread crumbs and sprinkle on\ttop
    of
    tomatoes.
    Bake for 25 minutes or until tomatoes
    are tender, then sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese (if you like) on top of tomatoes while still hot.
