Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. powdered sugar (optional)
    1/3 c. Crisco
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; cut in Crisco.
    Add buttermilk.
    Stir 12 to 15 times; knead on a floured board and roll thick.
    Cut into biscuits and place on a greased pan.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
