Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 can crushed pineapple (heavy juice)
5 to 6 bananas
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
chocolate syrup
crushed peanuts
cherries
Preparation

Melt 1 stick of margarine in pan.
Remove from heat.
Stir in 2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
Mix and spread in 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at medium temperature (350\u00b0) for 5 minutes.
(Watch; will burn easy.)
Let cool.
Combine sugar, cream cheese and remainder of margarine.
Mix well.
Pour over cooled crust.
Drain pineapple and spoon over cheese mixture.
Slice bananas and lay over pineapple.
Spread Cool Whip over bananas.
Swirl with chocolate syrup.
Top with peanuts and cherries.
Keep in refrigerator.
