Snip Doodle(Easy Coffee Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients in order given. Pour into small greased and floured cake pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over top. Dot with margarine.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
