Glazed Pineapple Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (15 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple in its own juice
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 8-inch prepared graham cracker crust
2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Drain pineapple reserving juice. Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Stir in 1/2 cup pineapple and pour into crust. bake 25 - 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Combine reserved juice with cornstarch and cook 3-4 minutes or until thickened and translucent. Stir in remaining vanilla and cool slightly. Pour over pie. Arrange remaining pineapple around edge of pie. Chill.
