Pie Dough Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in oil.
    Add water to form dough.
    Roll on lightly floured board and cut into 2-inch squares. Cook in boiling chicken or beef broth for 12 minutes, uncovered.
