Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
    4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned, cooked and chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation
    Cook and chop chicken.
    Cook Rice-A-Roni according to package directions (using oil, not butter) and cool.
    Mix all ingredients with dressing and chill.
    Serve on a bed of bibb lettuce.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
