Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. bread, broken in very small pieces
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. raisins
    2 c. milk (1% or skim)
    1 (15 oz.) can cream of coconut
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix first 6 ingredients and set aside.
    In a medium pan mix next 4 ingredients and heat on top of stove until hot but do not boil.
    Pour slowly into first mixture, mixing well. Then pour into a 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
    Place the dish into a larger pan with some water in it.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
